Hi,
i'm working with Ulead Photo-Impact (www.ulead.com) to modify the skins. For me it is the best.
But what tips should i give you? well if you work for some time with Photo-Impact and knows the features of the program
the skins were made very easy.
You could search for some pictures of your favorite player on the web. Save the picture and load it in your application.
I know it's not much but maybe i could help you a little bit.
But ask me if you have any question. I will help if i can.
