I open my VDJ software and all was well. The software ask me to do an update (which happens once in a while). So once I did the update I got this error message (see attached pic). I have rebooted , re-installed ) uninstalled and reinstalled, but get the same error. ANY HELP PLEASE !!!

Are you running windows 10,and if so is it updated?

Thanks for the reply/ I believe that may be the issue. My PC is having issues updating windows 10.
