Hi, I've done a mirror image onto my backup PC everything is fine apart from the sampler don't know what is wrong but I haven't got all my samples that I have set up for the sampler banks.

You see your Sampler Banks, but not the assigned samples ? Perhaps the paths are changed, or used absolute instead relative ones ? You could open the Sampler bank XML and check their paths.
Do you see the Banks and their files under Lists&Advice->Sampler folder in VirtualDJ Browser ?
Perhaps your computer has a different VirtualDJ Home-folder ? Open it from VirtualDJ->Settings->OPTIONS tab ->small cog icon at the bottom-right.
