The flx4 is now natively supported - so you no longer need to install anything from under extensions
You just need to upgrade to the latest Early Access build:
But you do need to buy a license for VDJ for it to work with any controller, including the FLX4
It looks like you are currently using a free home license, and that won't work with a controller for more than a 10 min test period
