I have a MacBook pro i7, 2.6 GHz, 6 core, Intel UHD graphic 630 and Radeon pro 560x.macOS 12.6.2
When i record some shaders to 20 sec short movies i got files size between 2-7 Mb.
For fun i tried same thing on my old slow PC. HP probook, i5, 2.3GHz Win 10.
Same shaders, same recording settings: RecordQuality - High, recordVideoResolutione - 852-280, recordVideoFps.
The file size of the short videos is between 5-100 Mb.
Why?
Is the compression better on the Mac and crappy on the PC?
If i compare same movie, one from the Mac and one from the PC, they have same kodec : H264-MPEG-4 AVC (part 10) (avc1) and the quality looks the same.
