Looks like some restriction of an Online Music provider. Which one are you using ?

Perhaps you loaded several Beatsource Tracks within a few seconds. If so, it must be a restriction from Beatsource, nothing we can do about it, but i think all u need to do is to wait for a few seconds and then try to load again.
