Hi, is it possible to output my karaoke to 2 Tvs using Bluetooth or without cables. Cheers.

This is not VDJ or any software that does the final output but your computer :)
So that as far as your system is able to do wireless display, the answer is YES
Miracast, Chromecast, AirPlay, Spacedesk, iDisplay, ZoneScreen...
Some may need hardware dongle, some may not depending on TV too
