hello I been sending messages to the support center for the last 3 days but I got no answers, I just bought a new laptop, I install the CD software that came with my Gemini G4V controller that I been using on my old computer for 5 years with no problems but I don't know why when I install it on the new computer it just download the virtual dj software but not the drivers for my controller , can some one help me please thank you

Often the drivers are the asio drivers only, and might work fine without as well (using standard Windows driver) Looks like the GV4 should work fine without as well, plug & play
