I was wondering if we will be getting the 32 bit effects for V64 bit version. Video Cut, electro shock and Fx Banks are some to mention.

What about the other effects (i know Scott is working on milkdrop)but video cut? And electro shock?

for video cut, the native x64 cut effect can also strobe video [check the fx gui], there's also the native strobe if you don't want to effect the sound.
what does electro shock do? [I don't fancy installing, outside of proving x64 shader errors I've hardly used x86 since x64 release.]
it reads like it's a beat aware toggle negative fx, if that's the case padpages ZvideoControl and or SvideoControl can do that.
A virtualfx could do that job too.

A virtual fx? What do you mean? Haven't played around that much with 64 bit.
