When i broadcast to facebook why the Frame always droped even if sellect the lowest video resolution..
And it cause the music really bad when you heart the streaming...

maybe your upload speed isn't up to the task.

But if i use for other thing like watching youtube video the internet is very good
 
yeah that's your DOWNload speed, how quick you get information, you're sending information...

google speed test and report your UPload speed.
 
Watching youtube or other is downloading
Broadcasting is uploading

the direction differ, speed either

ADSL average download speed 7Mb/s
ADSL average upload speed 1.24Mb/s

According to the Netflix Help Center, anything under the recommended 1.5 Mbps will undoubtedly lead to poor video quality
