Switching to new computer. Copied over music, user and document files exactly. Downloaded Virtual DJ 8 when online (although it is called Virtual 2020). Running Windows 10. Plug in my 7000. Virtual got all my music, all my previous playlists, searchable database, etc. Virtual sees the controller in audio options, sees it as being connected, but I cannot control anything from the 7000. And when I go into controller options in VDJ 8, it does not read it as being connected, nor does it allow me to choose and set the 7000 from the list of controllers. Am I missing something? Do I need to download a driver? IS this a windows 10 issue, a Virtual 2020 issue? Just FYI - went back to old computer, plugged in 7000, and works fine. Let me know if you can help.

did you install all the drivers for it?
