2018 32 bit. Loading a song on one deck forces the 2nd deck to match the bpm even with settings turned off for this. Cannot stop this from happening, each song loaded brings the bpm up or down on the 2nd deck

all features turned off. I do not ever use auto bpm. This is why I am calling it a bug.

Is this happening when loading a track or when start playing it ?
Any chance Beatlock is enabled in SCRATCH panel (default skin) ?

It happens when I start the track, the deck is now at the same bpm. I have to move the tempo fader up and down quickly to break the locked bpm

sounds like you need to double check the smart play is off for all decks

If per deck is selected it may be on for just some decks you will be able to see that here....
