clicked on shadertoy links... got nothing in preview windows.
so with IE - didn't work (but did yesterday)
tried with Edge - worked
tried with Chrome - worked
tried with Firefox - worked

WebGL (code for the shaders) should work in IE 11 (from 2013) or later.

except when it doesn't. no big deal to open in other browser but just a heads up

Another with problems in VDJ - https://www.shadertoy.com/view/Xsdczr | view on shadertoy | copy link runs fine on the site, but in VDJ gives a large black rectangle with the effect only at the edges.

Sorry, I just saw your problem,about the problem of not being able to use the shader,There are some incompatible shaders that are really beautiful, so I collected them,hopefully one day it will be compatible,so the VirtualDJ tip/prompt is not compatible.
Some may be due to the performance of the graphics card and software version,but most shaders should be available,I added a lot of new shaders again,I hope you like it:)
I also look forward to sharing your collection of colorers with us.hahaha...

had same thing happen then for some reason they still installed and played. it was a little confusing.

A favour anyone, my machine is horrific for shaders but can manage the default geometry, (and get nice results with 10 vfx applied) could someone list some super low res shaders.

My 10 year old Asus x58l with Intel onboard grahics, win 10 pro 64bit, 3gb ram and 2.4ghz core2duo cpu runs geometry, Cops are coming !(dont get shot), BTO Dojo Geometry, Fun With Julia Sets Part 3, vinyl visualizer, and soundeclipse rpm.

Even if you have a fast gpu it might be worth using less demanding shaders.

I had 84 shaders running at one point, I found after testing them all out for nearly 3 hrs ( I used to have a life....) that 8 of them made VDJ's waveform move very erratically and the CPU spiked which in turn made the laptop run very hot causing the fans to kick in hard, so I gave them the steel toe cap boot. I now have 76 shaders all running very smoothly with zero issues. However, There is one shader I want that will not work, it's called Knotting by shezard who has not been seen since 2017. https://www.shadertoy.com/view/lt23WK | view on shadertoy | copy link (see image below). Can anyone else get this to work as all I get is a black screen.

Works fine @25fps on the web site via Firefox, but nothing in VDJ.

I'm sticking with shaders that run at @60fps on their website using my working laptop and it all works great!
