All I need to do is add a automatic point that will "reverse Active" when there is a bad word and then back again to regular play.

Look at the manual for the track cleaner.
You don't want reverse you want to used the dump command.
As a poi you want something like this
repeat_start_instant "rsiSwearingDump" 300ms 2 & dump
It might be 2 300ms and you might want to tweak the ms to something longer or shorter.

Thanks for steering me in the right direction. It (Track Cleaner) works better than I was thinking.
Some times having to trim it up to sound just right! I'm still testing out my skills on the POI editing.
