In our program is seems that some songs are being renamed--usually an odd combination of letter and numbers DVK7442 (for example). These are songs that reside on our drives. Is Virtual DJ doing this or is it on our end?
Also, when we pull up History sometime the online service songs titles have become just file names: VDJ2347s or something like that. Is this a result of the filing in the system having been changed in someway and our history browser is connecting to an outdated file?
Loving the system overall. Do you ever have experts available to come onsite to help customers maximize the VDJ capabilities for their clubs? We'd be interested. Thanks!
