Hi,
I've just got an American audio vms2 from a friend and downloaded VDJ7 home. It says it can use the controller for the first ten minutes but it won't let me use it at all. I have a code for the full version on the bottom of the controller but can't find anywhere to input it and there don't seem to be any prompts.

If the code you see at the bottom of the unit is in the form of XXXX-XXXX-XXXX/VMS4 or similar then this is the serial/keycode for VirtualDJ LE , not "full version". Most likely its for version 7.
The LE (Limited Edition) is limited in features, not time. The 10 minutes limitation you get at the moment, is because you have not entered your LE serial yet, or use version 8 where a license is required to be purchased from http://www.virtualdj.com/buy/index.html
Visit http://www.virtualdj.com/le/ , enter your serial there and then download and install VirtualDJ LE.
