Is there a way in VDJ to output a 480 or 720 size video on top of a 1080P animated background?
The 1080P background should act as a frame around the smaller music video that's in the center.

This would be usable sometimes when there's no scalers and it's not practical to show a 480 size video on a very large screen using Full HD projectors.
