Can someone advice, just trying my backup denon mc6000 mk2 but When I want to cue up another track say on channel 2, I press the cue button above the fader to listen to the new track I want to play but nothing comes through, all ok on main controller mc6000 mk1

Is your cue/pan knob turned the wrong way?
Is your sound config correct .... Mk1 can be set for external mix but Mk2 does not have this and requires master/headphone setup?

Tried a few drivers, got one working, must start using it at some point have it as main controller and retire my original one.

Yes, iirc the Denon MC6000 MkI & MkII have different drivers. I have both installed as I have both units.
