We haven't changed anything regarding DDJ-SX2.
Have you tried to power cycle your SX2 ? Does the button work ? Have you tried with an older build to see if the led is working with previous build (just in case the led itself went bad) ?

It may be my controller the red don't light up other colors works,Update is OK...
