Old School 61
I use my laptop sound card for the master output, and a USB sound card for the headsets. I do not use an external controller, but load and play all of my selections through the VDJ skin. I've noticed at my last two gigs an annoying issue. I'll start deck 2 with the mouse, and then while that deck is playing, I'll move the mouse-- to load another song, search for a song, etc. As soon as I move the mouse, deck 2 goes into pause mode. When I click on the pause/play button again the song immediately resumes from the point where it stopped. Fortunately, this problem doesn't reset the deck to the beginning of the song, but it's still annoying to have the song cut out like this. I'm wondering if anyone else has experienced this problem, or if anyone knows what could be causing it. It makes me kind of wary about moving the mouse when deck 2 is playing.
