Not sure if this is something that can be done for VDJ8, but a nice feature would be to have the interface be modular or set up on a grid system where parts of the program could be added, moved around or simply removed if we didn't use that particular feature.
For example, I rarely use the waveform display, so I would remove that. But I like the 2 deck/4 deck view, so I would keep that, I would probably want to re-arrange them, though by maybe putting decks 1 and 2 at the top of the screen and 3 and 4 at the bottom with everything else in the middle.

Some VDJ 8 skins are already very "modular". For example the skin V8 but by FRUiT has many options to change the layout.
Because of the way VDJ is designed, the ability to do this is within the skin, so it depends on what the skin author wants to do (modular is more complex).
