after i search for a requested song, ive been having trouble loading it on the deck. where the title of the song should be, it just reads ERROR

Is the track one you've bought (and is on your hard drive) or are you referring to a track result from an online search that needs to be streamed/cached?
If it's your own track, then the error will likely be caused by the track not being in the correct location (you've moved or renamed it since adding it to the VDJ database).
If it's not yours, then either it's no longer available for streaming, or the connection is bad, or you haven't cached the track first before attempting to play it.
