I am new to Virtual DJ and as obvious as this may seem to some, I need to know how I can go back and modify/add a serial number to an account already set up. I also need to know what serial number I need and where I can find it..

You haven't really explained yourself very well...
Is this "already set up" account yours? What's it called? When did you you set it up?
Why do you think you need to add a serial number? Are you using VDJ 7?
Only VDJ 7 uses a serial number. VDJ 8 (the current software) doesn't need one, so there's nothing to add or modify.
