Hi I have subscribed to the premium subscription option but cant download the software? the exe file sits in the internet bar ready to be downloaded if i press enter the executable download stays on the menu bar? it will not download? i contacted the support section and submitted this as a question and today i see it says 'answered' but i have not received any response or emails? ive checked spam and draft boxes but nothing received. The same happened when i forgot my password a few days ago, ie nothing received from VDJ????? In the end i had to call VDJ on a mobile to the US from the UK!
This is starting to worry me as i was intending to buy the premuim edition etc as i am a full time dj and this has to work reliably to make it viable. At the moment its a nightmare! I cant download the software and support tickets are faiing to arrive to my inbox....help!
