Hi Guys I don't seem to be able to preview the next track on the next deck through my headphones I can only hear the current side that is playing through the speakers.

Tip for the future, screen shots are better if you,
Press Prt Sc button top right of keyboard usually, open M$paint, Ctrl+V, save and upload.
Let's see a picture of your master panel.

You will have to install (or re-install) the Numark ASIO drivers for the NS6
http://www.numark.com/product/ns6
Try both drivers but prefer the 2.9.64 one
Once installed, open VirtualDJ an click on the Numark NS6 button in order the pre-defined audio configuration to be created.
If still showing WASAPI, click on the drop down list of the sound cards and post a screenshot to see what options you have there.
Even though i would recommend to resolve the ASIO driver issue (by following the above), you still can use Wasapi and have proper pre-listening.
