just purchased subscription to pro8 but only 1 deck is operating when I use the program...other decks have no sound coming out?
was I supposed to enter a code or something to unlock use? there was no prompt to do so.

If you have multiple outputs, then you can set one deck to come out of channels 1 and 2, and the other to come out of 3 and 4, for example. Have you checked the audio settings to make sure it's not?
