There is no setting for that. The speed of the pitch reset can be defined using a % parameter in the pitch_reset action.
E.g. pitch_reset 5% will move the pitch back to zero with a speed of 5% per second (1% is the default value)

Can sort of be done if you add multi queries to the reset button X=Y? rate A : X=Z? rate B
