Pretty much got the hang of VDJ LE and my 4.1 after finding the majority of teething problems due to an inefficient Lappy but with an new AMD quad core, 8GB of RAM and 1TB of memory I am still finding that quite a few tracks downloaded through Amazon as MP3s do not display an accurate wave form, very compressed and the song duration is way out, showing up to 16 minutes.
Any ideas why this should be ?

This is probably because the files are variable bit rate (VBR)
