Hi there,
I've been messing around with Virtual DJ for a while now and I was wondering if there was anyway to achieve a loop effect where you can loop for some time while a button is pressed down and then continue from where you started but shifted forward by how long you were looping.
So say you were looping a 1 beat loop for 2 beats, the track would pick back up at 2 beats in front of where you began looping after you released the key.
I'm no stranger to VDJ scripting stuff and programming in general so please let me know if there's any way I can achieve this relatively easily.
I have seen programs like DJay by Algoriddim do this kind of loop and I think it would be a good effect to have.
Let me know, thanks!

What you want is loop roll, which is already available in current VDJ versions :)
