One was able to link and audio file to a video by dropping the video to the preview window in vdj7. This created a .vdjedit file in the respective file folder.
When I migrated to vdj 8 earlier this week, i noted the files are no longer linked! Yet I have spent thousands of man hours linking acapellas and instrumentals to their video files. How can I restore this links in vdj8?
Secondly, vdj 8 sees these .vjedit files as unscanned audio files - how can I address this?

The old method of video linking is not currently supported, you currently have to use the more long winded but more flexible video editor instead.
