findng that the gain buttons are sticking and the only way to get them to respond is by turning the controller knobs up until the program responds ....thus causing a massive surge in volume until i turn them back down again ..... thinking of going back to 7 until the issue is fixed ...although fair play the new interface is beltin

VirtualDJ 8 has a new and advanced controller Take-over mode called "gradual" but it is not the default mode.
Go to : Settings > Options > Search for controllerTakeover ..
Set to gradual and see if you like it more., we would like to hear your feedback.
"The gradual option will gradually move the software knob/slider position back to the hardware knob/slider position as you move it. This means that you can immediately make adjustments and the two will eventually catch up and synchronise with each other."

when I Get started running VDJ on MAC the dialog of recommend to gradeup Pro-ver appear after that,
I less able to operate connected the equipment(xdj-r1).
Do I have to change settings or re-installing vdj?
