ALL options and settings are reset to default when moving to VDJ8. This means that every tweak, adjustment, option, ... that was set in VDJ7 will need to be reset in VDJ8.
It took me a while to realize this because BPMs and cue points stuck, so why not settings? Most (not all) of my problems have been cured by this understanding. I have been using VDJ for many years and some of those settings may have not been touched in a year or two.
My only problems that exist now are with the autogain/limiter, I have a lot of tracks that now vary GREATLY in volume.
