No TV Video Output Selector capability? Need to be able to select dual monitor/TV master video output from the Video Options, as we did in VDJ7. This dragging the Video Window over to second monitor is unacceptable. Picture doesn't fit 100%, window's gray title bar line is visable at the top and/or some TVs will no display full screen by just dragging window over. Also waste time rolling the dice over display resolution between the MacBook and TV screen. HELP! PLEASE!

Once its on the second window simply double click it and it will go full screen.
