Topic: Question about LE "Upgrades"

I saw the limited time upgrade. I have a license that is shown to be "VirtualDJ 7 LE (VMS4)". I put the sn on the buy page for upgrade, but the button is still greyed out. Is it possible to upgrade this version?

Have you already used that serial number to get a discount on your current Pro version?
 
No, I bought pro a long time ago, and just recently added my LE license.
 
 
Used a different browser and it worked. For some reason it wasn't working with Chrome
 
So oddly enough it would not work with Chrome on my Win8.1 PC, but every other computer I've tried does work with Chrome, so I may need to reinstall chrome on that machine.
 
You need to use a different account then the one you already use.

Actual it is not possible to buy a second one with the same account.
Then it should work :-)
 
but...after you bought your second licence, you can assing it to your main account...

That's because you were probably logged in with Chrome on your 1st PC.
After changing to another browser on 1st PC you are no longer logged in. That's way it worked.

Same applys to your 2nd PC.

And as stated, you can't upgrade to a pro version while you're still logged in because you already own a pro version.
