I am a pro full user, and I have been unable to install VDJ8 as of yet. I continue to receive error messages saying "Error reading from file. Verify that the file exists and that you can access it." and "The installer has encountered an unexpected error installing this package. This may indicate a problem with this package. Error code 2755." This was using Chrome, and I had a similar message when trying via Explorer.

Are you using a download manager?
Someone else had this issue and reboot of the PC solved the problem

I am using a download manager. I have tried to install every day since the pre-release, so I don't think a reboot would help since I turn off my laptop whenever it's not in use.

I did NOT use a download manager, and I restarted my computer between the download and install, and it worked. Thank you! Now it's time to have some fun.
