I loaded the clip bank videos to the sampler and the second i made them into a loop they stopped working.. Im in no rush.. just a heads up,

I loaded a video into the sampler (a 5 minute mp4 of a laser show I run during Non video songs) and I was able to loop it without an issue.

I added the video by just dragging it from the file list pane in the browser Onto one of the empty buttons on the sampler pane on the right.
Then I went into sampler on the root list all the way on the left and turned on "loop" for the video.
Typing this from memory while not on the computer, but it should give you an idea.

You can also access the sample editor like this:
HOLD CTRL on your keyboard and click the pad you want edit.
