Hi,
I have a problem, I recently bought the Numark IDJ3 with Virtual DJ 7.4 LE but some buttons aren't working properly. The problem is that on my right deck some buttons are going randomly on. Also I can't put them of on the IDJ3 but only on virtual dj on my laptop. The other thing with the same buttons is that if they are turned of I also can't turn them on. I can only turn them on in virtual dj. The problem occurs when I'm mixing but also when I'm not mixing and it occurs at least every 10 seconds once. I don't know if I did something wrong and if it's a software or hardware problem, maybe someone can help me over here.
The following buttons are in my problem:
- Pitch bend - (so not the +)
- Autoloop 1 and 8
- A cue and B cue buttons
- Master volume switch

If the buttons are turning on and triggering their functions in VirtualDJ all by themselves then there may be a hardware fault with them.
The same is also true if they sometimes don't respond when you press them.
If the ID3 is still under warranty, them you should return it to the store for repair or replacement.i
