After I have downloaded an effect for PC, it says the installation was successful but I do not know how to use it. Any advice? Thanks!

you can only use them during the pro trial, if you haven't activated it yet you can trial the full version for 20 days, otherwise you will need to upgrade at a discount to use the effects you have downloaded. It's a good time to do it as VDJ8 is just around the corner and you will get the upgrade for free, I'm thinking they may change the policy after version 8 hits as it really isn't a good business model. This is completely speculation though so it may not change, but I wouldn't take the risk.

1. Download Effect(s)
2. Install downloaded effect.
3. CLICK "EFFECTS" in VDJ and you will see all the EFFECTS installed for VDJ in the left widow pane.
Activate on/off the preferred effect anytime you have the urge to do so.
