Hi there if any one can help it would be great!!!
ive got the mixdeck quad and it very good but haveing a few problems with it!!
when i press the headphone botton the sound cuts off and not good when trying to mix !!!!!
any help would be great

If you mean that the master output cuts off then this means that it is not configured correctly and your headphone (PFL) output is probably going out through your master output and master is going through your headphones.
Please check that it is configured correctly, in particular make sure that you check the drop-down to ensure the correct outputs are selected for master and headphones:
