I download virtual DJ free and test them it is good.
But I have some questions:
1. Can I download Virtual DJ plugins wizard?
2. If not, how much it costed?
3. Can I download Reference for commands, constants and variables wich can be used by wizard?
4. Can I download sampes of plugin sources?

All the information is in the SDK header files. The plugin wizard is for older visual studio versions and is available to licensed pro users.
