Hey everyone. I have a bit of an issue here and I'm not sure if it was due to my lack of research on the product or what. I've been using that shitty version of virtual DJ that came with my Hercules RMX for awhile now and tonight i decided to upgrade. I bought that Virtual DJ Pro Basic, but I noticed it only gives me 10 minutes to use my controller every time I plug it in. What is the deal? Did I really spend 100$ on a DJ program that won't allow me to hook a controller to it? Is it possible for me to get a refund if this is the case?

Sorry, VirtualDJ Pro Basic does not support MIDI controllers. It is for mixing using your mouse and keyboard only as clearly stated on the product purchase page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/basic.html and the product comparison page http://www.virtualdj.com/products/comparison.html
