I have just installed vdj to my mac,and using a dj2go too, doesnt seem to work with controller? I am not using a soundcard at moment so what configuration would i need to make it work? Thanks

If you have not registered your VirtualDJ LE keycode (serial) to a virtualdj.com account in the past, we have no way to retrieve it. In this case you will need to contact with Numark Support in case they can match with a serial hardware number.

hello everyone how are you? my question today is I brought a software key from you at VDJ. I brought the key for numark but I ordered a ION brand dj2go on eBay. will the ion dj2go work on the numark dj2go key? the look identical except for the logos. any help I would love. thanks and have a nice day.

Why didn't you buy the ION DJ2Go licence?
If it doesn't work with the numark licence please contact the support. Only the are able to help you.
