By default, www.virtualdj.com is the stream url, but users would like the option to edit that and put in their own stream url for example: External link removed

This feature already exists. You need to manually adjust your settings after checking the Broadcast to a radio server section of the broadcast config area.

Really? We've been trying to change the www.virtualdj.com to www.soulcitygrooves.com but this is the only thing you can't change...

No it doesn't ... if your broadcasting and you look on the info, you'll see www.virtualdj.com .. it doesn't give users the opportunity to change the broadcast url.
