When I tap the the key or button that I have assigned as beat_tap, the CBG moves!
That's not cool because now I got to open the "Adjust BPM Values" dialog box and deal with all that drama.
If I take the time to look for the first beat and identify it as a kick or snare (as in older tracks) then I don't want it moved when I tap out the bpm, LOL.
Makes sense?
Maybe a new VDJScript verb and not necessarily changing beat_tap.

actually what your asking for doesnt make sense to me. sorry :-)
you want to be able to adjust the CBG and bpm, but you also want CBG locked to a cue point or something?
Any song that has a varable BPM, if you adjust the CBG or BPM on one portion, it will effect the rest of the song..
Only way around it is if VDJ allowed multiple BPM's ..
