I am new to Virtual DJ and have a project that I have video with no sound...is it possible
to have the video playing but use the decks to mix two different songs while the singular video
is playing? I am trying to create an audio mix set to a piece of video I have...

Use clipbank, load the file into one of the squares and set to loop if it's not going to be long enough for your mix.
Remember to have your vids stored where they are accessable for clipbank as they need to be in the same location each time you open up VDJ
