Hi all,
I'm in the process of buying DJ Lighting and wondering if anyone has any recommendations as to whats good as what's not.
At the moment I've been looking and at dual ball rocker which has two lighted balls which rotate on an axis and as well rotating on a base. I dunno why I like the look of them but they look as if they would do a good job. Anybody have experience with these?
Do I need to get a strobe light? Should I mount the lights on a stand? What kind of stand?
I have a pair of JBL dual 15" sub speakers which are pretty tall... I was thinkn of putting lights just on top of them. Good/Bad idea?
I'm just starting out so kind of limited on funds at the moment due to me going crazy buying other things. I'll post a pic of my setup soon showing my carpentry skillz soon lol.

Definately go with the Elation Power Spots. Moving Heads. They come in 250 watt and 575 watt, depending on your budget. Ive got 4 575's. They are awesome...
