My laptop screen resolution is 1366x768. Should I resize the default pro 6 skin even tho I do not maximize to fit screen?

If it doesn't bother you, it doesn't really matter functionally. However, I wouldn't use the handles on the VDJ skin to resize or maximize the skin because it causes greater CPU usage, which may affect output quality.
You might want to try JeremK's resizer tool instead.

Yeah "BO" u should use the "Resizer" , it has quick mode,and should be easy to figure it out...
