I know they are shipped from eurpe so that explains a bit of the delay but 3 weeks is quite long. Have you contacted e-service?

timecode vinyls are made and handled by a 3rd party firm, and not directly by Atomix.
you can always contact e-service, where the support team can check if tcv are sent, and what day they are sent

Yeah.. but i think this is an issue that atomix have to deal with, NOT the consumer...
And also think that a Great! Software like VDJ should do good in all aspects to B THE BEST.. if thats ur goal'
