Hi everyone
I have just bought a hercules rmx console. It was working great until i updated the drivers/firmware from the hercules website and now it's not being detected by my macbook at most of the lights are flashing on the rmx. Hercules customer support is useless as im trying to phone the helpline in the uk and it keeps cutting out. Not a good start at all!
Does anyone know how to reset the firmware? i would be extremely greatful.

Go to "your_mac_hd/aplications/hercules/RMX/updater" and execute "manual_update".
Anyway, if you have bootcamp, i recomend you to use it on windows, 'cos i have found some bugs on the updater from mac.
Install driver on windows and plug the RMX when demanded.
I recomend you too, register your serial number HERE, and you can get access to additional downloads and be up to date with the versions of VDJ.
