I'll give you some background first. I downloaded trial version and used at home for about 5 days. Had absolutely no problem - LOVED IT! Made playlist up for a gig on 10-18-08. Went to gig very happy to have an inteligent software to use.... During dinner music play the program LOCKED UP tighter than a bull's *ss. Restarted computer to find that there were missing elements to the program. the square boxes that show the rotating circle on sides 1 and 2 were totally blank with nothing in them. The other versions seem to be "all there". Does anyone have any idea what happened?? Here is the trouble code:

Don't want to purchase full version unless we can figure out exactly what happend... Hope to here some answers soon, running windows VISTA........

I had the same thing happen and i have the full version. I didnt get no error and I have a gig coming up and I need this fixed.

Another guy who wants to buy but don't want to untill saitsfied (just like me). I am still not convinced to drop down $300 untill someone have FIXES for the problems I'm having too. Ocacsionally, the program just SHUTDOWN on me too.... You should make a TICKET like I did and wait for DAYS to get an answer (be prepare, the answer you will get will be QUESTIONS frist). So jot it all down so not a possible FISHING problem they will ask you such as, " Do you have an External Controller" if you do, say it in your ticket your exact SETUP. I wated lots of days questions like this so just GIVE THEM what you have (OS, RAM, VIDEo, SOUND, EXTERNAL equitments, ANY UPDATES etc.....).
Good luck, maybe one day, you and I will be a Registered User when we are finally convinced and buy the program.

You need VDJ PRO and to register it on this web site to download skins and effects.

You will need to purchase and register either VirtualDJ Broadcaster, Basic or the full Pro to be able to download and install skins (The full VirtualDJ Pro is only needed if you need to use Pro features such as MIDI controllers, timecode, full-screen video, etc.)
